Secure digital mandates

Using Deloris platform, customers now create and sign their letters of attorney digitally using eID. The information is automatically synchronised with the handheld devices used by DHL drivers.

When a delivery is made, the driver's device immediately indicates that a valid mandate is available. This removes the need for countersigning or additional verification, allowing the delivery to be completed smoothly and securely.
